She, John, and Thankful were killed by indians at Deerfield. Samuel, Abigail, and two other children were wounded. Daniel Belden, the father, with two other children, Elizabeth and Esther, were taken to Canada, whence Daniel came back in 1698.


Something’s wrong here. Twelve kids were born before she was 13? Ethel Baker had her birth as 1677. I corrected it to 1654.
