1880 Census: Clarence was reported as a Student at the White hall School 1900 Census: Clarence was 32 years old living in Barr, Arapahoe, Colorado working as a hired employee. 1910 Census: Clarence was living in Mechanicsburg Ward 2, Cumberland, Pennsylvania with his mother. He was employed as a plasterer.


Clarence was admitted to White Hall Soldiers' Orphan School 3 September, 1875. Clarence is a "Sixteener" He graduated in 22 Jul 1883. Upon Graduation he became an apprentice Plasterer in Mechanicsburg, Pa. (1884 report year) Students were graduated on their 16th birthday.
