I have noticed this being added to several Elwell pages.

I have no idea what this is and don't know how to assess its usefulness. It is clearly not town records, so presumably somebody's personal research. Whose?

I've spot-checked a few against VRs, and notice some precision in double-dating hasn't been retained, as well as spelling and location. So kind of wondering, since I think the VRs are mostly cited, or if not should be, what it adds except for any cases where it disagrees, if there are any.
