City Judge Braden was master of ceremonies at a wedding in the office of Clerk of Court Gossett this morning, when he performed the service combining the fortunes of R. J. Naquin and Miss Effie Parish, both of the Vinton neighborhood. The former is the son of Oscar Naquin and the bride a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Parish.
