Watchers

Still rural 100 years later...

This picture was taken on the North Side of modern day Dixon Rd & Islington looking to the west in 1941. This plot of land would be just north (1260 feet) of Thomas Dixon's Estate (the estate was were where Thomas McCaslin and Sarah Ann were living at least in 1856 and again in 1861).

The Thomas Dixon Estate would be off to the left while the James Dixon Estate would be straight ahead...

Actual Thomas Dixon land is not in picture - house is not part of any Dixon estates.

Also of note: James Dixon's (Sr.) land was 3275 feet west of this picture. (and 100 years earlier...)
