Frank Judkins, Chief Petty Officer, Royal Navy - photo taken in China. Original is marked 'Nagakiyo kwan, Hankow, China'. His naval record shows that he was stationed on HMS Scarab around this time, which was a Royal Navy Gunboat, sent to China, and is on record as being in Shanghai on Tuesday 7th May 1918.
