Ducie Benoit Candidate for Constable of Ward 4

Ducie Benoit, of Sulphur, candidate for constable for Ward 4, is widely known over this parish as "Uncle Duce." Benoit was a school bus driver for 12 years. Benoit was born and reared in Calcasieu Parish and is a tax payer.
