Julius C. Dugger Sr and wife Mary Kincaid are the subject of much debate. Most serious researchers believe they never actually existed, after all there isn't one shred of primary or even secondary evidence for them. Unfortunately many less experienced researchers still cling do them. They are a self perpetuating myth. They probably never lived, yet they won't die either.
