↑ Source:Guild, Mary Stiles Paul. Stiles Family in America, p. 22, adds a daughter Elizabeth who m. Boxford 1719 John Frame and had children in Boxford before moving to Connecticut. A deed is referenced in Connecticut dated 16 Jan 1732 [1732/33?] naming Elizabeth. Yet in Jan 1732/33, John Stiles's will mentions "his four daughters", naming all of them, and he did not include Elizabeth or any of her children. This Elizabeth was Elizabeth Carey who m. (1) Samuel Stiles and m. (2) John Frame. See the probate of Samuel Stiles (Essex case 26594).
