MARRIAGE: (1) By about 1630 Margaret (________) Odding
↑ Margaret is named in her first husband's will dated 1612 (proved Dec 1612). Sarah Odding is described as the daughter of John Porter's wife Margaret in Eliot's records of Roxbury church members. By 1634 she was married and known as Sarah Sherman so this was about 1633. Probably the marriage was actually earlier than this, to allow for the birth of their daughter Hannah, who is said to have married 1648, so born by 1630.
