Isaac Noggle, Richard Patten and Wm Patten are mentioned in a court record of 11 June 1806 lawsuit Martha Dickey and D Putnam vs. Sarah Chevington and John Chevington Document poorly preserved, and difficult to tell what the case was about, and how Isaac and William fit into it. However, it serves to establish that William Patten was still in the area in June of 1806

Washington COunty Court records also reference a William Patten vs Wm Mickle, 7 Dec 1808. but this William Patten was then living in Fairfield COunty.
