WeRelate:Suggestions/Need an obvious link to *this* page

Maybe I've overlooked it, but is there a link to the "Suggestions" page somewhere? It's in the "WeRelate" namespace, but it doesn't appear on the Admin or Help drop-down menus. I have it bookmarked, but still. . . .
