WeRelate:Suggestions/Check of new Family pages for recent marriages

Some new users create Family pages first - and sometimes these are for living people. WR's Person pages deliver a warning that says "This person was born/christened less than 110 years ago and does not have a death/burial date. Living people cannot be entered into WeRelate.org.". The Family pages, however, do not check for this. This is resulting in pages such as the following being created:
