Add checks for the following to the Data Quality Issues list:
- Existence of a NoAccepted relationship template when there is a relationship of that type.
- Existence of a Speculative relationship template when the relationship is also entered as a generally accepted relationship.
- Existence of a Refuted relationship template when the relationship is also entered as a generally accepted relationship.
- Existence of an Adoptive relationship template when the relationship is also entered as a generally accepted relationship.
These should probably be reported as anomalies (not errors) as they may represent different user's interpretation of things. Or possibly a new category should be created for them.
