The following "template" provides a way for storing data from the 1820 census record.

  • Open the subsection above as if to edit it.
  • Copy the code as shown.
  • Create a page where you want to store your data. (For example, create a page called 1820 Census data for the family of John Doe, MyCounty, My State.)
  • Go to that page and paste the code into that page.
  • Edit the page you created. DO NOT EDIT THIS CURRENT PAGE

BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERWRITE THE LABEL FIELDS. This is not, unfortunately, very user friendly. I believe WeRelate will eventually have a table making function that will make this easier. That might involve input boxes, etc. so you don't have to mess with the code that much, but for now, this will have to surfice.
