Living people [8 October 2008]

Hi, I am an admin for WeRelate. It's my job to patrol the new edits. I noticed that you had pages for some apparently living people. I left the pages alone because I didn't know if these people were living or dead. Posting living vital information is exposes your relatives to idenity theft. When you want to include the living in your tree, please title the pages with the given name as "Living" and the surname, such as "Living Perkinton." Leave off the birth date and birth place, gender, given names of spouses and children. This way you can have pages for living people as place holders in your tree without giving idenity thieves the opportunity. You can delete the existing pages for living people by clicking on the more menu item in the top right hand corner and selecting delete. Then create new pages with the right titles. This way there will be no connection between the old pages and the new pages. :) If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to leave me a message. --sq 10:47, 8 October 2008 (EDT)
