Gasson's [8 July 2008]

Hello,

Are you interested in more information on the Gasson's? I would be willing to share.

I do not know how we are connected, if at all.

I am not sure I have all the Gasson family information on the website

John Fullex [5 August 2011]

Hello,

I noticed you have a John Fullex on your page. He would be my 3rd great grand uncle, or more simply the brother of my 3rd great grandfather James Fullex.

regards,

Your Eley family of Ashbury [11 September 2013]

I've been moving places that have only been in Oxfordshire since 1974 back to Berkshire where they were previously. I came across your Eley family and wondered if they are really from Faringdon, London. Farindgon, Berkshire (sometimes known as Great Faringdon), is close to the other places you mention, e.g. Ashbury, Compton Beauchamp. --Goldenoldie 05:38, 11 September 2013 (EDT)

Family tree [21 February 2020]

Hi, have just come across this site, interesting to read, this is my family. My father's aunt married a Ralph Mills and moved to England. Is this your connection? Kind regards Mairi Ann McGrath (grandaughter of Annie Wilson)--Mairi Ann 19:43, 20 February 2020 (UTC)

I gather you are not the GGoldsmith who compiled and uploaded the tree that is in WeRelate.

I have no relationship to the family, but have made numerous corrections to various entries, not to change the information, but to adjust the way the information is presented in our files. For instance, every time census details were entered, the street address was in the cental box titled "Place". We have a large database of places all around the world. Matching a place from this database is one way of enabling one user to tie another's entries with their own. But this database only goes down to the town/village level. That is why you will find so many entries in GGoldsmith's tree with addresses in red. The entries turn blue when they follow the standard order of presentation. I have turned a great many of GGoldsmith's entries blue over the past months.

Have you considered updating the information provided? The contribution is so large that it will be a very big job.

Regards, --Goldenoldie 10:39, 21 February 2020 (UTC)

Annie Wilson [16 June 2021]

Hi Graham, are you related to Ralph Mills? My grandmother was Annie Wilson, I think your mother was her sister?

My dad was Robert Wilson Kerr, Annie's second son.

Kind regards

Mairi (McGrath)--Mairi Ann 18:41, 16 June 2021 (UTC)
