My father's Nelson family came from Tennessee, to Georgia, to Arkansas, to Nevada. My father and his brothers went to work on the building of Hoover Dam.

My mother's Delaney family came from the Steeleville, IL area. The Taub family came from Keidan, Russia. They were Jewish. The Dauer and Schmitt families came from Germany. I have several letters written in old German dating back to 1866.

The family I am searching for is my Half-Sister JUDITH ANNE NELSON. She was born 30 December 1933 to my father, Charles E. Nelson and her mother, Bessie Inez Rawls. When Judith Anne was 2 years old they divorced and I think Bessie Inez took Judith Anne to California where her mother lived. I have been searching for Judith Anne since about 1976. I hoped after all these years that I would have found something. The only thing I have found so far was that Bessie Inez maiden name was Rawls. I found that family on the internet but I have found no relatives that know anything about Bessie Inez and Judith Anne. If they married/re-married I cannot find them without last names. I have really hit a brick wall here and I feel like time is running out. I am 61 years old.
