I'm researching my grandfather's family, from his grandfather, Jacob (Jakob) Uth and grandmother Elizabeth Blatter Uth. Any help would be appreciated:
Jacob Uth b. December 1863 Germany arrived New York 1883 d. 1945 Bellevue, KY
Brother is Frank (Franz) Uth b. April 1861 Germany arrived New York 1881 d.August 1927
Looking for records from Germany, place of birth, parentage, etc.
Elizabeth Blatter Uth - b. Aug 1861 d. May 1906
That much I'm sure about, she may have arrived New York in 1882 with father Ludwig (b 1829) sister Magdalena (married Frank Uth) and brother Ludwig (b. 1864, changed name to Louis)
Looking for records that tie Elizabeth to Ludwig and any records from Germany.
