Presently, I live in Kansas. For most of my life I lived in Iowa.
I have been researching my family trees for over 15 years. I began with my grandmother's handwritten notes dating the family back to the Mayflower. For awhile I belonged to Ancestry.com, but when I took a full time job, I no longer had the extra time to search so I cancelled it.
I am hoping this website will work for my efforts. It is so enjoyable to find connections of other people and their family trees.
