Hello there. I am taking the plunge and switching from using GEDCOM with GRAMPS and PhpGedView to WeRelate. Well, not quite: I have decided that I am only going to upload one branch of my family tree, the several thousand descendants of Marinus Van Aken, because I believe that is the only branch for which the expected benefits of collaboration (with other Van Aken researchers) would outweigh the cost of forgoing GEDCOM and ownership of my data.
