I have been unable to sign in to my old WeRelate account Kenamoore for several months. My old email address which I used when I created this old account was kenamoore@optusnet.com.au which I no longer regularly use. In early February I changed the email address for the vast majority of all my online accounts which I think I was attempting to do with WeRelate, but I was unable to sign in. At that time I twice asked WeRelate to email me a password, both of which I received at my old email address, but each time I was unable to sign in.
Today I again asked for a password which I received at my old email address but I was was still unable to sign in.
The only way I could find to communicate with WeRalate support was to now create a new account called Kamoore together with my new email address, so hopefully someone can help me get access to my old account information.
