Brick walls: (1) the parents of my grandfather Edgar Carey (1873-1951) who was living with his widowed mother Annie in Philadelphia in the 1880 census; and (2) the maiden name of the wife of Simeon Williams (1763-c. 1847). Her first name of Tirzah and her surname may have been Knight or Knights. She was born in Massachusetts c. 1765 and died in Ripley IN c. 1850.
