I have been working on my family tree for several years now and I've really been focusing on my ancestors that lived in Red River County, Texas in the 1830's.
Robert Hamilton and Elizabeth Bethea are my 4th great grandparents
as well as
Barclay Moorman Ballard and Mary "Polly" Gillentine
There is a lot of confusion surrounding Robert Hamilton and I'm trying to learn everything I can about all the Robert Hamilton's of that time era and in that general location...I'm trying to sort out all the different Robert Hamiltons and attach the proper history to each of them. I would LOVE to collaborate with anyone who is interested and who is diligent about working hard to find the truth & properly hash out the info.
