This is the last Will of David Bebb, Elder Village Farm (Tyn Llan in the Parish of Castle Caerinion Montgomeryshire, Farmer. I appoint Zachariah williams and Thomas Gittins to be the executors and trustee of this will. The will as follows. I give and devise and bequeath all my real property and and residue of my estate to Jane Higgins my reputed wife. Who was my niece before my marriage to her. (Incest was surprisingly not uncommon in the Bebb family . (it occured in the 1880's and the 1970's.) I give 400 pounds. If this does not occur. Then all the estate and 400 pounds is to be divided equally. Between our natural children . Jane Higgins was his first niece before he David Bebb married her. The will is signed by David Bebb. Martin Woosman Solicitors Newtown Powys and Zechariah williams , School master Castle Caerinion. on the 26th day of November 1891. Hector and Hilda Beb had 4 children who are all deceased. Heather Margaret Bebb, Joy Bebb, Tudor Bebb , And Derrick Bebb all deceased. Derrick Bebb died in in a shallow pool of water when he was playing with his sister Heather and his brother Tudor at Nox, Yockelton Nr Shrewsbury. Following his death he was never spoken about until Tudor was taken ill and and died in the year 2000 .
