Land Records for Abner Willis [9 January 2013]

I believe the first land record we have for Abner is his patent dated June 14th, 1783 for land in what is now Smyth County, Virginia. I remember submitting it but I am not finding it. ruthnevada, 1-3-13--ruthnevada 15:28, 3 January 2013 (EST)

Is Abner's service record for the war of 1812 available? Would this be the same land he acquired "on the South Side of Pine Mountain" in 1814? I didn't know that was a Military grant. ruthnevada 1-9-13
