In the name of God Amen. I Mary Walker of the Township of Peters, County of Franklin and state of Pennsylvania, being very sick and weak in body, but of sound mind, memory, and ------- considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and ? this my last will and testament in manner and ? following to wit, principally and first of all ? immortal soul into the hands of God who gave it and my body to the earth to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner at the discretion of my executor hereinafter named. and us to such worldly estate where with is hath -------- I ? and disposed of the same in the following manner, to wit - The farm on which I now live shall be ? until such time as a majority of my heirs and executors ? think most, advantageous to part it to sale, then the proceeds arising from the sale of my land shall be equally divided amongst my children.

Execept the part coming to my son James shall be ordained by my executors and unto some advantageous stock or to interest as the may seem most advisable and the ? arising therefrom or any part of the principle the shall think proper may be appropriated to the use of ? and his family so as to ? them as comfortable as the means will justify. In case of the deat of my executors or their declining to act I do hereby authorize the court of this county without any further applications to appoint two commishonwers with as full power as my executors, respecting the receiving and disposing of the property of my son James. Though should a reformation take place in James manner of living so as to justify a belief in my executors, that his part of my estate would be safe in his hands and juditiously managed by him, then it is my will that it should be given up to him.

I will and bequeath unto my granddaughter Mary Walker, daughter of James my? the remainder of my personal estate to be equally divided amongst my children each one paying in equal proportion ?? as that of the real estate. Further it is my will that the above bequests to my children be to them their heirs and assigns forever. When the land is offered for rent, it is my wish to make the following estimation in favour of Abraham and William, that should give fifth part as much rent as a stranger that shall have the ? and each one to have one part of the house have formerly ? I do appoint my son William, Matthew Patton and James Dickey to be the executors of this my last will and testament to seeeand have it executed and fulfilled according to the true meaning ? And in witness I have hereunto this my last will and testament my hand and seal this ? day of July in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen - 1819.
