Know all men by these presents that I James Free of the Township of North Shenango County of Crawford and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind memory and discretion do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby Revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid.

Second After the payment of my said just debts and funeral expenses, I give and bequeath to my daughter Florence Fonner and her husband Henry T Fonner all of the personal property of every kind and nature of which I may die seiged.

Third I give devise and bequeath to the said Florence Fonner and Henry T Fonner for and during the term of their natural lives my farm situate lying and being in the township of North Shenango County of Crawford and State of Pennsylvania bounded as follows on the north by land of George C Campbell on the east by a public Road on the south by land of H. T. Fonner and on the West by the Ohio State line and land of McClurg Containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less they to cut no timber except what is necessary for the use of the said farm

Fourth At the death of the said Florrence Fonner and Henry T Fonner I give devise and bequeath the said farm to my grand children to be divided eaqually among them

And lastly I hereby nominate constitute and appoint E. W. McArthur to be the executor of this my last will and testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Fifth day of June A.D. one thousand nine hundred.
