I Robert Walker of Hudson? in the county of Portage and State of Ohio - being of sound mind and memory do make this, as my last will and testament - firstly after all my just debts - funeral charges are paid My will is that m yloving wife Elizabeth Walker during her natural life shall have the use and occupancy of my present dweling House - and the use an dimprovement of one third part of all improvements made on all the lands now held by me - the use and improvement of the furniture now in the dwelling house - and the use of one third part of the sotck now owned by me - I ? give and bequeath to my said wife - to be disposed of by her as she may think proper one half of all the furniture now owned by me

Item - My further will is that my sons John Walker, James Walker, and George Walker shall each have and own the lots of lands on which they respectively lie, they paying their equal proportions of the ? now due from me to the heirs of Budsey? Norton? deceased for said land. I furthher give to my said sons John, James, and George the two bonds I now hold against James Dailey for about three hundred fifty six dollars to aid them in paying for their said farms?

And to my said son George I give and bequeath all my farming utensilss, stock of houses and cattle, and not before this to my said wife - and my compass and chain Item I give to my son William Walker two hundred and forty two dollars to be paid in Grain or Neet? Cattle at their market value to be paid in three equal annual installments - and to be paid hm by my said sons John, James, and George in the following proportions to wit- John to pay seventy eight dollars James to pay eighty two dollars and George to pay eighty two Dollars.

Item - I give to my son Robert Walke rone hundred and thirty nine dollars to be paid by my sons John, James and George in their equal annual installments in grain or neet Cattle - and to be paid in the following proportions to wit - forty eight dollars to be paid by my said son james fortiy eight dollars to be paid by my said son George and forty three dollars to be paid by son John.

Item - I give to my daugher Sarah Parker forty dollars ? to by paid by my said sons John, James and George in grain in three equal annual payments and to be paid in the folloing proportions to wit- to be paid by my said son John fourteen dollars by my said son James thirteen dollars, by my son George thirteen dollars.

Item - I give to my daughter Margaret Stewart forty dollars and to be paid by my said sons John, James and George in grain in three equal annual payments - and to be paid in the avoe proportion namely - John to pay fourteen dollars James thirteen dollars and George to pay thirteen dollars.

Item - I further give to my said son George Walker all books belonging to me except my large Bible which I give to my wife Elizabeth. For the purpose of carrying the ? will into execution I hereby appoint William Welmace? and George Walker my executors in testimony ? I have ? let my hand ? at Hudson this eleventh day of June 1812.
