Hi, Generally, if an image of a document is public domain if the document is

• more than 120 years old, or
• US government document, or
• a list of facts exhibiting no creativity.

Images of public domain documents are not themselves subject to any additional copyright restriction. If you have a question or comment, please leave me a message  :-)
