Template:MultBirth/doc

This template is used on a Person page to show that the person was part of a multiple birth, that is, a twin, triplet, quadruplet, or quintuplet.

Usage

Place the following on the Person page.

{{MultBirth|PersonPageTitle}}

where PersonPageTitle is the simple page title (without the "Person:"), like "George Washington (1)".

Up to 4 page titles can be entered, separated by "|".

The template should be added to the page of each twin, triplet, quadruplet, or quintuplet.

Suggested Placement

This template can be placed in the "Description" field of the birth/christening event, or an "Other" event/fact. Alternately, it can be placed in the "Narrative" section.

Examples

Twins

will appear as:

Twin of George Washington (1)

Triplets

{{MultBirth|George Washington (1)|Franklin Washington (2)}}

will appear as:

Triplet with George Washington (1), Franklin Washington (2)

Quintuplets

{{MultBirth|Yvonne Dionne (1)|Annette Dionne (2)|Cécile Dionne (1)|Marie Dionne (2)}}

will appear as:

Quintuplet with Yvonne Dionne (1), Annette Dionne (2), Cécile Dionne (1), Marie Dionne (2)
