Tracing the westward migrations of the colonial Seventh-day Baptists. Milton, Wisconsin was one of their most successful settlements. One of the reasons was the founding and support of Milton College. Other SDB settlements that are well represented in this file include: Hopkinton and Westerly, RI; Berlin, Brookfield, Alfred, Verona and Adams, NY; Albion and Walworth, WI; Farina and West Hallock, IL; Garwin and Welton, IA; Dodge Center, MN; Nortonville, KS; and North Loup, NE.
