According to "History of the production of official biographies", all memoires "are available in the Royal Society Digital Journal Archive. Access to this archive has limitations, as outline at "Open Access Membership", and some subset of the memoirs are avaialble via general open access.

This source was succeeded by Source:Biographical Memoirs of Fellows of the Royal Society. Prior to publication in this source, obituaries were published in either the Series A or Series B (or both) sub-periodicals of the journal "Proceedings of the Royal Society of London", which took place from 1905 to 1932.
