Newton Times-Monitor was a late 19th Century newspaper that arose from the merger of 'Newton Monitor and Jasper County Times. The Newton Monitor was established (3 November 1882) and published by Person:Charles Davis (149), and the post-merger paper was published by same. The Jasper County Times was published by E. Gorrell.

The paper is no longer published, but the year of it's demise is unknown.
