Description

Compiled mostly from the research and data of Balfour Oliver "Bill" Lytton Sr. He went to Europe in 1946 and employed a Genealogist who searched every record (then known) in England, Ireland and Scotland. His findings were published in his 1950 book, "Remembering the Past to Preserve the Future". 200 copies were printed (per Lytton Study Group).

According to web sources, the original research notes of Balfour Lytton disappeared after his death (1989).
