Caswell County's will books are housed in the office of the Clerk of Court, Caswell County Courthouse, Yanceyville. The will books actually are general record books, containing not only wills but estate inventories, accounts, sales, & settlements, indentures, bills of sale, letters of attorney & deeds of gift, and various reports made by county officials.
