Microfilm of original records. Contains:

marriage records 1779-1892, 1901-1903;
intentions of marriage 1838-1892;
family records listing births, deaths and marriages;
deaths 1811, 1821-1891.

Most original records in Bath were burned in several fires during the 1800s. Many of these vital records were recreated by earlier city clerks from minister's records and family records. Filmed by the Genealogical Society of Utah in 1953, the microfilm has been digitized but not fully indexed (see link), though some records have been extracted. Microfilm may be ordered through the nearest Family History Center. The digital images are freely available online.
