There also appears to be a version published in 1978 by the Genealogical Society of Utah

This work was originally published by Charles Kilgore under the title "Charles Kilgore of King's Mountain: A new history of the Kilgore family." Rhonda Robertson subsequently added a substantial appendix to the work, republishing it in 1980 under the same title. This later version, which differs substantially from the original work by Addington, has been reprinted a number of times, probably with additional information being added at each republication. As a result it is important to cite the specific edition being used as a reference.

Note: In modern times this work is commonly referred to by genealogists as the "Little Green Book" because of the slight dimensions (5.5 inches, by 8.25 inches) of the Robertson editions, and because of their green binding. Robertson included herself on the title page of later editions only as the author of the "Addendum". Her addendum, however, is a significant contribution to the work. When "the Little Green Book" is the source, it should probably be cited as "Addington and Robertson" giving the year of publication of the particular edition, or in the style preferred on this wiki, the full title of the work. In practice, people commonly cite "The Little Green Book" as "Addington, 1935", or "Addington, Charles Kilgore of King's Mountain", even when referring to the Robertson editions of the work.
