Research tips--at top or bottom? [8 November 2012]

Hi Jaques

I have been placing Research Tips at the bottom of a place page--because that is where I have usually found them. Have you any reason for swapping the order?

I have no objection to the addition of A Vision for Britain (which I only discovered this afternoon), but I am trying to mention it only in the England Research Guide or perhaps on county pages.
