Alteration of name [7 July 2012]

I know this does not fall into the rules, but...

Toronto(township), Peel, Ontario, Canada would be a better name for this place. A great many family historians and would-be family historians get it confused with its much larger neighbour in York County, particularly since it comes first in an alphabetical list.

Until it got caught up in the big municipal reorganization furore the area was always called Toronto Township locally. --goldenoldie 08:48, 7 July 2012 (EDT)
