Wretton is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It covers an area of 4.7 km2 (1.8 sq mi) and had a population of 392 in 155 households at the 2001 UK census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the district of King's Lynn and West Norfolk.

It is situated some 4 miles (6.4 km) east of Downham Market, 16 miles (26 km) south of King's Lynn and 40 miles (64 km) west of Norwich.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Wretton from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:

"WRETTON, a parish in Downham [registration] district, Norfolk; 1 mile W of Stoke-Ferry, and 6 ESE of Downham [railway] station. Post town: Stoke-Ferry, under Brandon. Acres: 1,154. Real property: £2,380. Population: 490. Houses: 108. The property is subdivided. The living is a vicarage, annexed to Wereham. The church is good; and there are a Primitive Methodist chapel and charities £16."
