Upton with Fishley is a civil parish in the English county of Norfolk, consisting of the former parishes of Upton and Fishley. It covers an area of 8.93 km2 (3.45 sq mi) and had a population of 660 in 272 households at the 2001 UK census, increasing to a population of 702 also in 272 households at the 2011 UK census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the District of Broadland.

According to A Vision of Britain through Time, the merger of the two ancient parishes occurred "early", but both settlements appeared in John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72 as is shown below.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Fishley from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"FISHLEY, a parish in Blofield [registrarion] district, Norfolk; near the river Buire, 4 miles NNE of Buckenham [railway] station, and 11 E of Norwich. Post town, Acle, under Norwich. Acres: 476. Real property: £1,666. Population: 10. House: 1. The property is chiefly in one estate. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Norwich. Value: £141. Patron: Miss Edwards. The church is old but good."

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Upton from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"UPTON, a parish, with a village, in Blofield [registration] district, Norfolk; 1¼ mile NNW of Acle, and 5 NE of Brundall [railway] station. Post town, Acle. Acres, 1,693. Real property, with Fishley, £4,489. Populaton of Upton alone: 601. Houses: 127. The property is much subdivided. The living is a vicarage, annexed to Ranworth. The church is old. There are a Primitive Methodist chapel, and a national school."
