Tithby is a small village in Nottinghamshire, England about 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Bingham. The village is included in the civil parish of Tithby and Wiverton, which has a population of about 95 (local council estimate, undated).

Tithby is made up of mostly farms and farmhouses, much like the neighbouring parishes; Colston Bassett, Cropwell Butler, Cropwell Bishop, and Langar cum Barnston.

The parish church is Holy Trinity.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Tithby from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:

"TYTHBY, a parish, with two townships, in Bingham [registration] district, Notts; 2¼ miles S by W of Bingham [railway] station. Post town, Bingham, under Nottingham. Acres: 3,610. Real property: £6,938. Population: 718. Houses: 167. The property is subdivided. The living is a [perpetual] curacy in the diocese of Lincoln. Value: £102. Patron: J. Musters, Esq. The church was repaired in 1824."

Before 1866 the second village in the parish of Tithby was Cropwell Butler. The two villages became separate civil parishes after that date.
