Summit Township is a civil township of Mason County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 924 at the 2010 census.

In the traditional township numbering for the State of Michigan, Summit Township is T 17 N, R 18 W, substantially truncated on the west by Lake Michigan and on the north by Pere Marquette Township.

Michigan also has a township of the same name in Jackson County.
