Stratton Rural District was a local government division of Cornwall, England, between 1894 and 1974. Established under the Local Government Act 1894, the rural district underwent boundary changes in both 1934 and 1966 with adjacent districts.

In 1974 the district was abolished under the Local Government Act 1972, forming part of the new North Cornwall district which existed until 2009 when the whole of Cornwall became a unitary authority.

Stratton Rural District was made up of the civil parishes listed below. The major parish transfers are shown. In addition Holsworthy Rural District in Devon took very small parts of the parishes of Bridgerule, Luffincott, Pancrasweek, Kilkhampton, Launcells, Morwenstow, North Tamerton, and Whitstone in order to separate the two district councils at the River Tamar--the county boundary.
