Storwood is a hamlet in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 6 miles (9.7 km) south-west of Pocklington and lies to the south of the B1228 road on the south bank of the Pocklington Canal.

From 1894 until 1935, Storwood was located in Pocklington Rural District. In 1935 Storwood joined with the neighbouring parish of East Cottingwith to form the new parish of Cottingwith.

Historically, Storwood was in the ecclesiastical parish of Thornton in the wapentake of Harthill.
