Spittal of Glenshee is a hamlet in the parish of Kirkmichael in the old county of Perthshire, Scotland.

"Situated at the head of Glen Shee, east Perth and Kinross, Spittal of Glenshee lies at the junction of two burns which flow down Gleann Beag and Glen Lochsie to form the Shee Water. A travellers' inn or hospice has been located here for several centuries and today the hamlet is a centre for tourism, outdoor activities and winter sports. The road heads north from here towards the ski slopes of the Cairnwell bypassing the notorious Devil's Elbow on the old road."
