Siuntio is a municipality of Finland. It is located in the province of Southern Finland, west of Helsinki, and is part of the Uusimaa region. The municipality has a population of[1] and covers an area of of which is water.[2] The population density is .

The municipality is bilingual with the majority being Finnish and the minority Swedish-speakers. Siuntio had the majority of population speaking Swedish until 1980s. The oldest document mentioning Siuntio dates back to the year 1382. The Finnish speaking parish of Siuntio belongs to Espoo diocese and the Swedish speaking parish of Siuntio to Porvoo diocese.

Municipalities neighbouring Siuntio are Ingå, Kirkkonummi, Lohja and Vihti. Siuntio's motto is "Ota rauhallisesti - Ta det lugnt". Motto is in Finnish and Swedish and means "Take it easy". The new motto was taken in use following municipality's rebranding programme together with the new logo in March 2021.
