Place:Shamrock Cemetery, Red River, Texas, United States

Located on FM 2573, a few miles southeast of Bagwell. It was established by a recorded deed of gift from Ben W. Epperson in Jul 1857 but the earliest identifiable burial is that of Robert Baker who died in Dec 1859. (The historical marker at the entrance, erected 2001, says it was established "circa 1860," which shows lack of research.) There are about 540 burials.
