was a Réserve indienne (Indian Reservation) in the canton of Dundee in the historical county of Huntingdon.

"ST REGIS, a post village in Huntingdon co., Que., on the River St. Lawrence, 6 miles from Cornwall, entirely inhabited by Indians of the Iroquois tribe. It contains 1 Roman Catholic church. 2 stores and 1 hotel. Pop. 1200."
